Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
Draft for review. This policy describes what the website actually does today. Items in [highlighted brackets] need to be confirmed by RizeON Global Solutions. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by someone familiar with Indian data protection law before it is relied on.
This policy explains how RizeON Global Solutions handles personal data collected through this website, in line with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) and the rules made under them.
Who we are
This website is run by RizeON Global Solutions (“RizeON”, “we”, “us”). We are the “Data Fiduciary” (the party that decides why and how personal data is processed) for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us by email at rizeonglobalsolutions@gmail.com or by post at:

What we collect
- When you contact us. If you use the contact form we collect your name, company name, work email address, phone number (optional), what you need help with, where you are in the process, and the message you write.
- When you book a call. Booking is handled by Cal.com. They collect the details you enter (such as your name, email address and chosen time) and share them with us so we can hold the call.
- How the site is used. With your consent, Google Analytics collects usage information such as the pages you view, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Without any cookies, our hosting provider’s analytics tools (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) measure aggregated page views and page speed, and do not build profiles of individual visitors.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address and request details for security and reliability.
How and why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Basis: you give us your details voluntarily for this purpose when you submit the form or book a call, and we use them only for that purpose.
- To understand and improve how the website performs. Basis: your consent for Google Analytics. Cookie-free measurement does not identify individual visitors.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations. Basis: as permitted by law.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics cookies are off until you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
- Google Analytics (
_ga,_ga_*): tells us how visitors use the site. Set only if you accept; they last up to two years. - Your cookie choice (
rizeon-cookie-consent): stored in your browser so we remember your answer. This is essential and does not identify you.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Resend: delivers contact-form messages to us by email.
- Google: Gmail receives our enquiries; Google Analytics measures site use if you consent.
- Vercel: hosts the website and provides cookie-free analytics and performance measurement.
- Cal.com: handles call bookings.
Some of these providers store or process data outside India. Where that happens we choose providers that apply appropriate safeguards, and we do not transfer personal data to any country the Government of India has restricted for this purpose.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and related correspondence: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months
Your rights as a Data Principal

- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we process it, and who we have shared it with;
- ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data;
- ask us to erase your personal data, unless we need to keep it for a lawful purpose;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already done, and for cookies you can use “Cookie settings” in the footer);
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to do so; and
- have your grievances addressed (see below).
To exercise any of these rights, email rizeonglobalsolutions@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.
