Customer journeys, transformation roadmaps, digital operating models, numbered requirements and the growth priorities worth funding this year.

RizeON is your digital growth partner. Tell us the outcome you need and we assemble the specialist team to deliver it: engineers, designers, data and AI people chosen for your problem, under one contract and one accountable owner.
Get In TouchHow we deliver
Bring us the business problem, the launch or the capability gap. We draw on specialists across strategy, commerce, IT, data and AI, shape the work, staff it and run it, and when it changes shape halfway through, we change the team rather than asking you to rescope around what we happen to employ.
Your team is picked for the problem in front of us, not assigned from whoever finished last week. Everyone is named before we start, and you meet them.
We look at relevant track record and what support someone can commit to before they join your project. If you are not comfortable with a name, we change it.
Six capabilities without six contracts. Capability is added when the work demands it and scaled back when it does not, and the same person stays accountable.
The same rigour a tender gives you, without the months of groundwork before it. This is how a digital programme gets staffed and run.
| Topic | Traditional Route | With RizeON |
|---|---|---|
| Getting Started | Write an RFP pack, agree it internally, publish a tender notice | A conversation and a short written brief |
| Who does the work | Whoever is on that agency's bench this month | Specialists chosen for your problem, named before we start |
| The price you compare | Build cost, quoted separately from what it costs to run | Three-year total cost of ownership, build and run modelled together |
| When the work changes | Rescope around the team they already have | We change the team, not your requirement |
| Time to decision | Four to six months | Weeks, not months |
Our services
A flexible mix of strategy, commerce, IT, content, data and AI assembled around your problem, not around an agency package.
Customer journeys, transformation roadmaps, digital operating models, numbered requirements and the growth priorities worth funding this year.
Storefronts, commerce platforms, CMS, ERP and payment integration, performance and scalable digital products that hold up at peak.
Cloud hosting and migration, integration, cyber security, independent testing and the application support that keeps it all running.
Content operations, UX, design systems, production workflows and publishing at scale so your team ships without raising a ticket.
Measurement frameworks, dashboards, experimentation and decision support that reaches the people who actually make the calls.
Practical AI agents and workflow automation that remove repetitive work: manual pricing, stock reconciliation, ticket triage, content production.
Our approach
A simple operating model for teams that need speed without giving up structure. Weeks rather than months from first conversation to a decision you can defend in a board paper.
Clarify the business problem, the current state, the constraints and dependencies, and how success will be measured. A conversation and a short written brief: no RFP pack, no procurement portal, no internal sign-off cycle before anything can begin.
We pick the specialists the problem calls for: engineers with relevant build experience, integration people who know your stack, testers who will find what matters. You meet them before we start, not after.
Scope, delivery model and commercials set out so the trade-offs are visible. Then three-year total cost of ownership (build plus maintenance, licences and hosting) because the second year is where budgets get broken.
Service levels, change turnaround and exit terms written into the contract up front. Then weekly governance, milestone gates and dependency management, so if something slips you hear it in week three, from us, rather than in month five.
Use the performance data and the operating lessons to improve what works and extend it. This is where AI and automation usually earn their place, on the repetitive work the first phase exposed. The team flexes down, or grows, to match.
About us
Most organisations buy a commerce platform once every five to seven years. The people selling it do this every week. We have been on both sides, so we know which questions change a price and which only fill a page, and the person who scopes your programme is the person who runs it.

Founder
Ramya has spent 19 years at Dell running digital commerce: storefront operations, content management and SEO, the overall site experience, releases and go-to-market. She has worked closely with product, marketing, merchandising and supply chain teams. The storefront operations she led held 98–100% CSAT for three years running. At RizeON, she leads client relationships and business development: understanding what a business needs, shaping the engagement and staying the client's point of contact through delivery.

Co-founder
Sunil has spent 16+ years building and running enterprise digital platforms at Dell, TIAA, Lenovo and Deloitte Digital, overseeing global web operations across 50+ markets, delivering large-scale migrations without disruption and leading and managing large teams across India, EMEA and the Americas. He has also integrated generative AI into enterprise content publishing. At RizeON, he runs delivery: vendor management, oversight and the governance that keeps projects on track.
FAQ
The things that come up in a first conversation, answered before you have to ask.
We deliver. RizeON takes the contract, assembles the engineers, designers and specialists the work needs, runs the governance and stays accountable through go-live. What we do not do is force your project through whichever team happens to be free that month.
Specialists chosen for your problem and named before we start. You meet them first, and if you are not comfortable with a name, we change it.
One owner throughout. You have one contract and one accountable person, even when several specialist teams are involved. Service levels, change turnaround and exit terms are written into the contract up front.
A 45-minute call, then a written brief with numbered requirements for you to approve, then a scoped first phase priced before anything begins. Along the way you receive a named team, a three-year cost model, and weekly governance and reporting.
Total cost of ownership is the build cost plus what it costs to run: maintenance, licences and hosting. We model three years together because the second year is where budgets get broken.
Possibly not, and we will tell you if so. Where we help is the gaps: a capability your supplier does not have, a launch that needs more hands, or a second view on scope and cost.
We start with the repetitive work, such as manual pricing, stock reconciliation, ticket triage or content production, then build practical agents and workflow automation around it and measure the time and cost removed.
The company is new; the people are not. Our founders have more than 35 years between them running enterprise digital platforms at Dell, TIAA, Lenovo and Deloitte Digital, and the person who scopes your programme is the person who runs it.
